I do not eat very well. I have sugary stuff for breakfast and i believe when i try to exercise my sugar levels crash and i start to shake and then have to eat more sugary stuff.

I do not eat very well. I have sugary stuff for breakfast and i believe when i try to exercise my sugar levels crash and i start to shake and then have to eat more sugary stuff. </p>
<p>What kind of things could i do to become more fit and loose weight?</p>
<p>On average a day i have a bowl of chocolate cereals then i have lunch something like a toasted sandwich or a burger or sausage and egg.  Then i snack before and after dinner and i usual have a proper cooked dinner.</p>
