I just want to know.
They can actually both be effective. I prefer traditional crunches. Although it is best to change your routine so your body does not peak. Do traditional for a few weeks then switch to the ball and so forth.
Which is more effective: exercise ball or traditional ab workouts?

I have no expertise, but I’ve always heard the ball is better.

tha ball maybe helpful since you can go down lower when doning crunches
but the floor has no limits on the ball you can’t always do all excersizes

depends on what you want to tone up. but if you really want to tone up drink whey protien otherwise it takes more workouts to actually lose the fat around the muscle.
