<br />light exercise and light swimming.  because it is gentle and help develope your cardiac tissue.  Donr over do it because the stress can make you drown or fall on a track.  I have faults too because i have torn muscles in my knees.  take time and do things very slow and you can do fun things , but please be careful.  Also eat quality protein and fruit juice.   Dont over do icant do it all.  You can still be fit and healthy</p>

Are squats/lunges okay? How about pelvic lifts? Any other good ones that you know of?<br />
<br />Squats and lunges are great, they prepare your muscles for birth, pelvic lifts are ok to an extent, at a certain point some docs will tell you to stay off of your back, others say if it is comfy no prob, talk to yours.</p>

<br />Getting a Wii and even a Wii fit will really help you. It&#8217;s really fun, and every game will help you to tone some of the parts of your body and lose some weight. If you get a dancing game or Wii Fit, it will help you even more. Wii Sports is also really good (mainly for your hand muscles!) You can also walk, or cycle which is also a lot of fun. Another suggestion is to turn on your radio and just start dancing! You will lose a lot of calories before you can even understand it!</p>

<br />Most gyms have personel trained in this sort of thing.  A certified personal trainer should be able to show you the ropes and give you some ideas of where to start for your lifts.</p>
