So You Think You Can Dance fitness DVDs have a bunch of season 1-4 dancers in them and it&#8217;s hip-hop mixed in with some ballroom and jazz. They look pretty cool.

		<description><![CDATA[I just want to know.
They can actually both be effective. I prefer traditional crunches. Although it is best to change your routine so your body does not peak. Do traditional for a few weeks then switch to the ball and so forth.
