Eat Right and Loose the Extra Weight
I am here to encourage you to start exercising to lower your body fat levels. When approaching your goals for a better you, every game plan needs to start with determining where you are, and where you want to end up.
The diet plan you choose should be one that you can stick to for the rest of your life, and it should be healthy for your body. If like to eat rice, pasta or bread than trying a diet that limits or removes carbohydrates will not be practical for you. By eating chicken, meats or high protein meals a low carb diet might be right for you.
A balanced diet replaces all the fuel used in the workouts. The best way is to get daily exercise and eat a balanced diet. When dieting it is obvious to eat foods that do not have a lot of fat or calories, try not to eat foods in excess. The secret to burning body fat to get to your ideal weight is you must eat and exercise right or it simply won’t happen.
Gaining weight or having body fat that is high is brought on by the following feelings, laziness, pride and denial. Any weight loss program is often accompanied by diet and exercise.
To loose weight there are no secrets, no magical pills, no magical weight loss programs it is purely done by eating right and exercising. The exercise the experts are keeping a Secret. Let’s look at one way of curbing both reasons for not following through on an exercise program and how to keep your body fat levels low.
Cardiovascular training is when you exercise your heart at a certain level of effort. Try to change your exercise routing every 10-12 weeks, the reason for this is because your body adapts to the same routine. When we talk about exercise to loose weight most people think of running, aerobics and sometimes kickboxing, usually it is an exercise that will get you heart rate up for about 35-45 minutes. It’s true, that one hour of aerobic exercise probably burns more calories than one hour of weight training. To loose weight and build a healthy routine you need to start and maintain an exercise program, having the discipline to do this everyday is the magic that everyone is talking about, once you get into a habit it will jump start you and make it easier to loose weight and reach your goal.
As we go through our daily lives you find yourself gaining weight, this is mostly caused by influences from advertising and labels on food misleading you that these types of food are fat free or low in fat. Many times these foods are the same or worse.
Many people are pushing the hoodia patch, they report it will suppress your appetite and that it works better and faster than taking the hoodia pills, or liquid. Hoodia has been become very popular and many media sources are publicizing it on networks like BBC, Today Show, Good Morning America and many others.
What is comes down to it, if you want to loose weight and feel better, eat better and exercise, it is really will power. If you really want it to happen you will find a way.

How do I start a exercise program and diet to help me loose my extra baby weight?
Ok all women gain weight while pregnant, so now what? I want to loose my extra weight. But how? Is there any easy diet and exercise program out there for me? I have never had to really exercise or watch my weight before. I hate it, I hate my body. I want to loose weight and feel great about myself again. But I just don’t know where to begain. Any ladies out there with this same problem? Have you done this and looked great? What’s your secrets? Please help.

If you just had a baby, you would be surprised how much weight nursing takes off. It makes your abdominal muscles contract.
Walking 30 minutes a day is beneficial. Get out with that stroller.

All people are different so a diet and exercise program that works for one person may not work for you. I suggest trying a few different programs and making a decision on what works best for you. You’ll want to try the program out for about a month before you’ll get good enough results to make an accurate decision.
Body for Life is a good program that includes both diet and exercise. The South Beach Diet is a diet program. Slim and Six is a rigorous exercise program. These are just a few that I can think of right away. You could also check out a website such as http://www.diet.com/productsbase/show_category.php?parent_category_id=138. This will give you some diet reviews so you can find other options.
The key with a diet and exercise program that will help you to lose weight is simply to eat fewer calories in a day than what you burn. As long as you do that, you will see results and feel better about yourself. Just stick with whatever you decide to do and don’t give up on anything right away. Patience is a good thing to have. When you start to see the results that you’re looking for, don’t be afraid to give yourself a treat every now and again. Eating a fattening but delicious meal over the weekend is okay! Make sure you don’t get obsessive over lose the weight and your body and it should all work out over time.

Don’t eat. Drink lots of water, juices , blender stuff. (to get yourself to a good start
Then eat tiny meals 1 toast for breakfast. Few bites for lunch of something.
DON’T serve yourself a plate at dinner – because all that tasting when you cook and while cleaning up the leftovers is enough.
Fruits 4 snack
For me the ONLY thing that worked off 3X’s baby fat.
Inspiration came from friend who got jaw wired shut for 6 week (for accident)
And from stories in the news about people who got lost in woods for approx 4 days.
After about 3 mo. my grand who is 90 yrs old said I looked nice. Then glared, What, your not eating? (how did she know)

If you want to loose excess weight,you need to modify your diet to some extent by cutting down on calories. But make sure that it is nutritious, or else it will only increase your appetite and make you feel hungry, when your main goal is trying to loose weight. Exercising regularly is equally important. For long term fat loss, the exercise program should consist of a combination of weight training and aerobic exercises.
