What is a good exercise routine one can do at home?
It’s still ice cold outside, and I don’t belong to a gym- What is a good exercise routine i can do at home? I have 2 forty pound dumbbell weights….I need to lose weight- shoudl I do jumping jacks? Running in place?
Just pick up some 3-10 pound dumbbells at Target or Walmart – they’re fairly inexpensive. Use those for toning your upper body. For your lower body you don’t really need any equipment, you can do lunges and squats for your legs and buttocks, and do crunches for your abdomen. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000I1G…
Here’s a set of dumbbells that go from 2.5 pounds to 12.5 pounds:

You will also need to add some cardio exercises. There are a lot of exercise shows on TV, or you can buy DVDs, or just go for a walk. A fun way to do cardio is by getting one of those mini trampolines and running on it while watching TV. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000Q6J…

Colon cleansing is the modern method to reduce weight. Scientists have highlighted the point that not all extra weight is due to excess fat, a load of weight basically stays there in your insides, and all you need to do is rinse it out. http://cli.gs/PP5AL5 has a risk free trial on at the moment, give it a go, you can reduce as much as 20 pounds!

i think that the best exercise you can do at home is boot camp curicuts. i know it sounds weird but their the best things to do ,you loss weight and you actually keep it off ,it keeps your metabolism high for and hour after your done. just find some space at home and do it every day for 45 mins .
it actually works !
just go online and google down boot camp exercises and you’ll find a bunch , i can give you some too if you want !
yeah you know what the things you have labled down are a part of it , do burpees and mountian climbers ,where you kick stomp your feet back and forth in one place but hold the stair step .start with smaller weights at first ,if you havnt lifted weights before ,something like 5 -15 pounds ,get a bosu ball or a strength ball ,even if you dont have it ,thats ok just do what you can at home ,you dont need a entire gym to loss weight ,just put in the motivations and effort and trust me you will successed !
GOOD LUCK !!
